The growing movement against the US supported Israeli genocide in Gaza and the pogroms in the West Bank has led to mass protests by Greek teachers and workers on Crete. Kalliopi Svarna, a communist and teacher on Crete, spoke to Pacifica’s Steve Zeltzer about Greek anger about the genocide and about Israeli Zionist tourists attacking shops because they display posters supporting Palestine.
