Israel wants a military base on the Gulf of Aden coast of Somaliland, a secessionist state within Somalia, so as to project power in the Red Sea Region. Horn of Africa geopolitical analyst DJ Bwakali argues that this would drag Somaliland into the Israel/Iran conflict and cause regional tensions to explode.

The Navy has recently declared that they want to blow up radioactive buildings in San Francisco’s shuttered Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, which is located in a Black community. Dr. Ahimsa Sunchai has been testing community residents and workers and has discovered radioactive isotopes in their bodies and in the bodies of animals at the University of California San Francisco animal facility. She spoke with Pacifica’s Steve Zeltzer.
